Bernard le Boulanger

Bernard Bélanger and Julie Laperle bake sourdough bread with the greatest respect for traditional baking.

The bread is handmade, flours are stone ground and ingredients, such as grapes and hazelnuts, are used in their most natural state possible.

Pastries, croissants, chocolate, brownies, cakes, cookies, date squares,
muffins, pies, granola, quiche and caramel spread.
Breads: wheat sifted, Multigrain, Multigrain with onion, kamut, spelt, focaccia with olives, tomato & pesto, sweet choco-cranberries, grapes, hazelnuts and sourdough baguette

Every Thursday and Sunday from May 17 to October 28, and Sundays November 4 and 11, 2018.
